Hence, Fauji ke Alfaaz is dedicated to give Military & Paramilitary officers to the nation by creating awareness among the youth and giving them proper counselling, guidance & education to join as an officer.

After seeing acute shortage of officers in Indian Armed Forces, the first and the foremost aim (शौर्य) of the three aims of NGO ‘Fauji ke Alfaaz’ is dedicated to this cause only.
The NGO is promised to create awareness among the youth living in small towns & villages about the adventurous lifestyle, pay & perks, respect in society, disciplined life and much more. After identifying motivated youngsters on a few criteria, ‘Fauji ke Alfaaz’ will take charge of their medical & physical checkups, education and coaching related to the various entries such as NDA, TES, CDSE etc. The NGO will also ensure to make them appear into the 5 days SSB interview process and securing a positive result too. Hence, working with full dedication and sincerity, the ‘Fauji ke Alfaaz’ aims high to serve the nation in terms of providing youth to Indian Armed Forces.
As per the necessity, the drive 'Shaurya' will be conducted once (in march) or twice (in august) of every year.
According to Indian Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, the total shortage of officers in the Army, Navy and the Indian Air Force is 9,259 while the number for below officer rank is 50,363.
The armed forces are facing a shortage of nearly 60,000 personnel with the Army topping the list with over 27,000 vacant posts.
The current strength of the Navy is 67,228 personnel and the number of vacant positions is 16,255. She said the Indian Air Force is facing a shortage of 15,503 personnel against the authorised strength of 1.55 lakh.

The screening test would be conducted at Raipur in Chhattisgarh & at Faridabad in Haryana. Centers would be allotted as per the seat availability.
After successful registration an e-mail would be sent to the registered e-mail id within 72 hours with further details.
The Registration fee once paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.
Last date of Registration is 12th May'19.
No TA/DA would be given to attend the Screening Test. The candidates are advised to arrange the same.
At any stage of the selection process, if any information provided by you is found false, your candidature may be canceled at any time.
